Who is the controller?

What we process and why

Enquiries: name, email and message so we can reply and take steps requested before a contract is concluded.
Bookings and stays: identification, contact, booking, payment and stay data to perform the accommodation contract and meet accounting, tax and guest-registration duties.
Security: technical logs needed to protect and operate the website, based on our legitimate interest.
Optional services: external media or analytics only after consent, if such services are enabled.

Recipients and retention

Data may be processed by the web-hosting and email providers, the Previo booking system, payment providers and professional accounting or IT suppliers, only as needed for their service. Booking and accounting records are kept for statutory periods. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are normally deleted within six months. Security logs are kept only for a reasonable operational period.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interest and, where applicable, request portability. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier processing. Contact gdpr@theclockinn.cz. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.gov.cz.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses technically necessary browser storage for language choice, accessibility, security and remembering cookie preferences. These items cannot be disabled through the banner because the site needs them to provide a requested function. Optional external content and analytics are disabled until you agree.
